General Terms & Conditions for LoveThatDecor
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with LoveThatDecor, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Orders and Payment
Order Placement: Orders can be placed online through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment: Payment can be made through [Payment Methods, e.g., credit card, EFT, Samsung Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, Scan to pay, Store card or MobiCred]. Full payment is required before production commences.
Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Product Information and Pricing
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information is 100% accurate.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Artwork and Design
Customer-Supplied Artwork: For personalized orders, customers must provide print ready artwork in DXF, Vector, or SVG format.
Design Services: If artwork is not provided or is not suitable, additional design services will be charged at an extra fee and may add to the production time.
Proof Approval: The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving any design proofs provided by LoveThatDecor. Once approved, LoveThatDecor will proceed with production. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and delay production.
Copyright and Trademark: The customer warrants that they own the copyright or have obtained necessary permissions for any artwork or content submitted for personalization. LoveThatDecor is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from the customer’s artwork.
Order Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation Fees: Once an order is placed, cancellation may incur fees to cover any costs incurred, such as materials or labour.
Modification Fees: Changes to an order after it has been placed may result in additional fees, especially if it significantly impacts production.
No refunds for personalised or custom orders: No refunds will be provided for personalised or custom orders.
No refunds or cancellations accepted once production begins: No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once an order has entered the production process.
Production and Delivery
Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order. LoveThatDecor will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
Shipping: LoveThatDecor will use a reputable courier service to deliver your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipping Damages: Although LoveThatDecor will take every precaution with regards to packaging, we will not be held responsible for damages that may occur during shipping. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delivery Delays: LoveThatDecor will make every effort to meet delivery deadlines, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. LoveThatDecor is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delayed deliveries.
Product Warranty
Limited Warranty: LoveThatDecor offers a limited warranty on its products against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
Disclaimer of Liability
Limitation of Liability: LoveThatDecor’s liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the sale or use of its products is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Indemnification
Customer Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold LoveThatDecor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of LoveThatDecor’s services or products.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
LoveThatDecor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
